9DM is a Hip-Hop Artist & Producer hailing from Washington state in the Pacific Northwest. Best known for his presence in the YouTube battle rap scene from 2008 to 2013, with battle videos amassing over one million total views. A razor sharp rapper who also competed in the Red Bull Emcee Battles hosted by Bun B. During that time he was also battling alcoholism. With the help of his future wife, and friends, and a couple interventions, he went alcohol free and began focusing on his work career. Music was never too far away. In 2018 he was watching YouTube tutorials on beat making and the spark reignited. Since then, he has put in countless hours creating his sound as a producer, brand, and business. In 2021 he released a collaborative album and documentary with fellow Washington state rapper Knowsee, titled K9, where he shined as both a rapper, and a producer. On October 3rd, 2022, 9DM left his job of 15 years to pursue his dream of making music for a living under 9DM BEATS LLC.
